The Food & Beverage Manager at The Waterfront NYC is a full-time, salaried position that is responsible for the overall quality and efficiency of front-of-house operations in our restaurant and banquet facilities. He/she ensures that all personnel and systems function efficiently so that the business achieves budgeted profit levels, employee morale is maximized, and all guests are left with a memorable experience. This individual will possess a great understanding of restaurant and banquet operations while committing to our company wide standards of excellence. He/she will have an exceptional knowledge of food & beverage, creativity and flair; and business financials.
