The Waterfront NYC is seeking a Banquet Chef to join a team of exceptional individuals looking to bring world class hospitality to the Bronx, NY. Located at New York City's most prestigious public golf course, the Banquet Chef will work directly with our events team to produce progressive food and beverage options current with modern trends. The Banquet Chef will be responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and directing the work of employees for all in house events. This individual should be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate great time management skills. He/she will uphold quality by keeping up with defined standards aligned with our company vision and will positively lead others by displaying kindness and hospitality towards guests and fellow employees. Candidate is preferred to have 1-3 years of relevant management experience in a high volume banquet kitchen. NYC Food Handlers Certification and valid driver s license is a must.
