As a Director, Client Solutions, you will engage with prospective and existing clients to design value propositions for the use of the KPISOFT platform within the clients performance management systems, business processes, and/or products. The goal of this role is to engage with the client to develop a strategic, executable design for how the KPISOFT platform can be used by the client to improve operating and/or financial performance. Included in your work will be strategic analysis, use case development, business case development, and ROI analysis. You will also support the client in advocating for the solution within the client organization and developing executive presentations.. Solution design requires analysis of the client organizations operations, competitors, industry, customers, products and internal strategy and goals. In this analysis, careful attention must be paid for how to deploy mobile, AI-driven performance management and data analytics solutions enabled by the KPISOFT platform to transform the clients performance in its performance management processes, operations, or revenue-generating products. Target results from such transformation can include revenue growth, greater operating efficiency, cost reduction, and new product introductions. This analysis results in the articulation of a value proposition and use case to be designed and executed using the KPISOFT platform, and partnership with KPISOFT delivery teams to design demos, prototypes, and production-level pilots that prove-out the original value proposition and deliver on the use case.. Essential Functions. Collaborate with our Client/Managing Partners on the advancement of our KPISOFT platform and the contact to contract life cycle which includes, but is not limited to:. Develop a rapid, but deep understanding of the clients strategic issues, from an industry, competitor and industry perspective as well as by evaluating their internal capabilities.. Facilitate with client new process, performance, operations or product strategies that align to client goals and mission.. Educate client on AI and mobile collaboration/performance management capabilities and how such functionality can enable strategy.. Understand enterprise performance management and what it takes for our clients to succeed.. Interact with clients and understand their business and requirements thoroughly.. Create a value proposition, use case, business case, and related deliverables that are readily consumable by client executives and stakeholders.. Mentor and coach Client Solution Associates on strategy-development, client research, client engagement and team facilitation.. Engages in knowledge transfer with KPISOFT delivery and sales team members to understand solution design and strategic drivers for the solution.. Continues to educate self on business to continue to create efficiencies and/or mitigate risk via people/process/technology changes for the business.. Collaborate with Senior Level Management to publish a white paper in the performance management and/or Augmented Analytics field.. Attend and speak in various conferences / forum / panel discussion / symposium. Competencies. Strong consultative and strategy-development skills in facilitation with a client team.. Ability to work across multiple layers in an organization and effective engagement skills at the C-level.. Demonstrated ability to articulate abstract concepts for solution design verbally and in client presentations and white papers.. Strong problem solving and analytical skills.. Excellent team leader and possesses effective influencing and negotiating skills. Working knowledge of how AI and BI technologies can be used to improve performance and create a new product or operating concepts.. Proven ability to provide guidance and make decisions that require judgment and consideration of possible impacts. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.. Travel. This position requires frequent travel, more than 40%. Most of the travel will be located inside of the United States; however, international travel could be involved at times.. Required Education and Experience. Bachelors Degree in a related field; preference in Economics, Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Statistics or other business-related degrees.. 5+ years experience in consulting and/or corporate strategy and planning roles.. Deep expertise in industries such as Healthcare, Energy, Business Services, Private Equity, Telecommunications and Technology.. Minimum of 1 to 3 years of project management experience.. Expert user of MS Office specifically MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.. Preferred Education and Experience. Additional Eligibility Qualifications. SalesForce experience of 2+ years.
