Digital Product team is seeking a qualified candidate for a Product Manager position that is responsible for managing the development and implementation of the Developer Ecosystem. In this role, the qualified candidate helps manage the development process by facilitating the initial engagement of enhancement requests, prioritization and business requirement documentation. This role will drive the successful introduction of new features and functions along with API based products /services as well as continual operational service improvement. To support the Developer Ecosystem Business Product Owner, the role will drive enhancements based on the Product Roadmap and customer feedback. The role will also perform project management and coordination activities, build and/or review customer-facing communications, and drive the overall delivery of Developer Ecosystem releases. This individual will combine knowledge of business and product strategy of the Developer Ecosystem, with knowledge of how APIs are enabled in the portal. They should have experience developing business requirements through defining user stories, use cases, and specifying non-functional requirements. They should have experience in managing projects that are delivered using Agile methodology. This role will require experience in identifying opportunities to improve the product by driving enhancements that improve overall delivery and adoption, communications and/or automation. As new features and APIs are being built, this role will be pivotal in preparing for the successful launch and adoption of the APIs by ensuring transition from delivery to operations. In this role, your key responsibilities will be: Drive Features and API Publishing for the team: monitor and expand our operational, transaction, and behavioral metrics to feed effective decision-making and ensure that our platform is consistently delivering value. You will author requirements, work with partners across the organization to deliver new metrics, troubleshoot issues, derive and summarize actionable insights for senior stakeholders, keep a pulse on customer feedback, and be a go-to expert for the organization Partner with others on the Product team to drive our Product Strategy. This may include industry research, mapping out customer use cases, creating materials for stakeholder updates, and working on platform enhancements and process improvements Partner with other members of the Product team to solve issues that arise as our platform matures and expands. We are looking for a flexible team player looking to learn about Product Management who will team up with others to solve problems as we build out the platform together. This may involve working with Technology, Third-Party Oversight, Cybersecurity, Risk, and other internal partners Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing customer-facing services 5+ years experience with Customer interactions and delivering Customer focused engagements Working understanding of APIs including how they interact with products 5+ years experience in managing the delivery of projects using Agile methodology Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to be highly effective with both internal and external contacts Demonstrated experience with writing business requirements and process documentation Strong analytical and writing skills, including experience in functional and technical specifications Strong Project Management skills Good Problem solving abilities, capable of objectively reviewing and understanding issues, and tenacious in seeking quick, creative solutions Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently with minimal management supervision. Ability to adjust to changing priorities while multitasking effectively. Good facilitation and presentation skills Proficient with Microsoft products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project Office Experience using analytical tools such as Tableau or Splunk to generate metrics/KPIs Candidate should be able to work alone and with a team to meet target dates.
