Position Overview & Key Responsibilities The NA Revenue Management and Pricing Strategy team works with Sales to understand client needs and decision criteria and create pricing proposals to maximize wallet and client profitability. The team works across all wholesale payments products and is in the unique position to understand the overall deal economics and suggest bundling opportunities. Sitting between Sales and Product Management, the team works across the entire front office and provides opportunities for all team members to work with senior management in multiple functional areas and products. The Client Pricing Analyst will be expected to take direct ownership of client pricing proposals to create unique value propositions for inbound new business opportunities. The Analyst will work directly with Relationship Managers and Solution Specialists on the required value proposition and liaise directly with senior management (where necessary) to obtain required approvals. Since this role sits between Product and Sales, a key objective is to keep both partners comfortable with the proposal, balancing sometime competing objectives client profitability, product profitability and successful new business generation. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Work with Sales and Product Management to develop well thought out client pricing proposals Work closely with senior management for presentation of pricing proposals at deal review committees; ensure approvals are obtained and properly logged into internal systems. Maintain pricing models and work with functional partners to continually make enhancements Partner with Finance and Business Management teams to understand product revenue allocation methodology Continually work to expand and upgrade knowledge of all wholesale payments products, interacting on a regular basis with the Sales and Product Management teams to gain insights on market trends and new product opportunities. Interact with regional pricing teams to share knowledge and best practices Create standardized analytical views for senior management reviews Work on periodic projects such as annual pricing events, product costing updates, alternative pricing strategies and pricing-related technology enhancements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, advanced degree a plus 7+ years of Financial Services experience, preferably within Treasury Management products and related functions Highly analytical thinker, able to balance competing perspectives while developing highly successful pricing scenarios Creative problem solver; experience executing innovative and differentiated solutions that deliver against long term business strategies Highly organized and self motivated Strong influencing and conflict resolution skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills; should be comfortable speaking to senior managers and front line employees Not ready to apply?
