Your Key Responsibilities In this designer/producer role, you will work with our client-facing teams to help them express their ideas in the most impactful way possible. Working in diverse, inclusive teams to build relationships with our clients, you ll deliver innovative high-quality work products that communicate clearly and memorably to truly differentiate the EY brand. As a Senior design consultant, you will work as part of a broader team working with CMOs and agencies to drive the Customer agenda. Skills and attributes for success Excellent command of English language and copy-writing skills Ability to use core design tools such as Adobe InDesign Editorial voice that allows you to synthesize linear stories into the most concise and logical flow Keen design sense to curate the right images, typography and layout to tell powerful stories Cross-platform skills that allow you to express stories in a range of form factors, from video, to PowerPoint, to large scale visuals, to digital experiences Knowledge of leading practices for both brand marketing as well as performance-based or growth-focused marketing techniques. Past experience working as a designer or producer perhaps in a B2B sales or marketing capacity Hands-on experience with leading tool and technology fundamental to marketing Sophisticated knowledge of the media and ad technology landscape To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor's degree Advanced knowledge of industry trends, best practices and technological innovations to refine/evolve sales strategies accordingly. Tangible, at-scale experience in a design or production team, such as in a creative agency or sales solutions team Intellectual curiosity as the marketing landscape is changing constantly A valid passport and US driver s license; willingness and ability to travel estimated 80% both domestically and internationally.
