The Site Superintendent will be responsible for managing the assigned construction project(s) including planning, coordinating, organizing and maintaining the day to day needs of the project. This person will direct sub-contractors and material suppliers in the construction of the assigned project per the approved plans and specifications. The Site Superintendent delivers on time and quality completed projects. The Site Superintendent will also regularly communicate with all necessary Clients, Architects, and Project Managers. JOB REQUIREMENTS Must have minimum of 5 years experience. Must have Commercial Construction experience. Supervise all trades and scopes. Superintendents Duties: Schedules, assigns and monitors all construction activities at assigned project. Maintains and updates schedule with Project Manager. Maintains daily logs. Conducts safety reviews of entire job site along with safety meetings. Communicates with Project Manager and Architect on project issues via RFI process. Timely reporting of any work related injuries to the workers' compensation insurance company as well as to the Project Manager.
